HDB Estate - Toa Payoh

Toa Payoh, my favourite HDB estate as I had spent my childhood there. Yesterday, special friend and I went there to return my loaned book and saw the newly built 40 storey HDB flat, just opposite the library. Out of curiousity, we went out to have a look at the view from the top.

The building is in the 'sqaure' shape, so hardly can we see the full view of Toa Payoh, unless entering into one of the unit but no chance.

It's at 8th storey, too bad it is not open yetHmmm, staying in this block should be nice but I believe the value of the house is high too.
