Looking at this recycle bin at Khabit MRT station, I wonder are we ready for the green?

I remember watching one TV documentary of how Taiwanese handle their rubbish by separately them into plastic, paper, drink cans and rubbish. To head this direction for us, there's a long way for us to go.

I also wonder how often the rubbish was collected from them, daily or weekly?

Last working day in Singapore, Ivy is giving the whole dept a farewell lunch. I think this cater company really put in effort to gain more business, with this whole set (included Nasi Brani, dessert, fruit, mango pudding and teh tareh) it cost S$4.90. Worth it!

My colleague - Ivy is going to Brasil for her 2 years secondment soon so we had the farewell dinner for her. We went to Tung Luk Restaurant at Vivo City and enjoyed a wonderful night with the wonderful food. Even my vegatarian food was great too!

And I always hope to learn more from my seniors to handle things in professional way cos this is what I am poor at. Well, I can only pick a little 'professionalise' from this and that person at this moment. But everyone have their own individual strong point that we can always learn from. Hope one day I can find one professional person that I am admire to learn from.

Dinner at Equinox Restaurant

After receiving the surprise flower, we had our dinner at Equinox Restaurant located at Swissotel The Stamford Hotel at Level 70. With the astomphere and the dishes, the night become more romantic and sweet to me.

Views from the high top of Singapore. Can see many constructions going on around the area, the city is getting more and more exciting!

Made In China (Restaurant) at Haw Par Villa

My group of colleagues and I went dinner at Made In China Restaurant at Hua Song museum, which consider a new place to me. First, I didnt know that Haw Par Villa is still open to public. Second, I didnt know that there is a fine dining Chinese Restaurant at this Hua Song Museum which we enjoyed the food a lot.

It's been at least a decade away since I went to Haw Par Villa. I remembered its used to be so crowded when it first opened after the renovation as a enternainment park. But due to several reasons, this became a failure project and now it's total opposite when we went there in the evening.

We managed to go for a walk at Haw Par Villa (now free entry except $1 for the 10 Courts of Hell) before our dinner and lots of memories flashed back. I remembered how we were told by the adults on different kinds of puishment we will get in return if we do any bad deeds. Today, as an adult, so many bad deeds (mentioned in the 10 courts of hell) that I had done, so how many good deeds should I do to pay back my sins. Oh oh.............................

So for those who might want to catch back some of your childhood memories, Haw Par Villa might be the right place for you.

Hmmm.....too bad I didnt bring my camera with me to take some good photos.

Exam Stress, Once Again

It's been such long long time ago that I had this examination stress.

Now this stress is back again, with my 1st semester examination for my course next Mid Nov. With my age is catching up, now how I wish I am much younger to be able to remember more things in smoother way.

I am not a smart girl, can only do my best to achieve a pass.

Anyway, that's part of the reason why my blog became so quiet recently, hee hee.

Bangkok Trip in 2007

This is my fourth time to Bangkok (from 04 Oct to 07 Oct), doing the same old shopping and massage.

But my first time to Royal Grand Palace

Found this tissue and toothpick provider at MBK foodcourt. Why can't Singapore have this kind of service too. First thing come in our mind is....... it will be gone the moment you have it set on the table. So aren't we shameful of this behaviour if this really happen.

Anyway, didn't enjoy much for the shopping cos I was sick before setting for this trip. Not fully recover but insisted to travel for this trip. I do enjoyed a lot of their Thai traditional massage and in fact it helped me to feel more fresh after it. Cool.

Watched this Hindo movie - Life is a Metro, during our trip back but too bad the journey was too short to complete the whole movie. So guess what? I am going to buy the VCD to finish the show.
